During the weekly status meeting, as rain softly taps against the windows, Daniela explains the new feature looks complete but still harbors pesky reporting bugs. She suggests the team schedules two manual test sessions before anything goes live to avoid surprises. Her colleague, with a determined look, says he could tackle the toughest cases since he already fixed similar errors last week. The project lead emphasizes that any delay must be communicated transparently so the sales specialists can accurately inform customers. They distribute tasks in the taskboard tool, and Daniela sends a brief email with deadlines that precisely match the decisions. Together, the team decides to postpone the planned launch by three days and fix the critical bugs first. Daniela takes responsibility for the reporting tests while her colleague investigates the most difficult bugs. On Friday, all the tests pass, and Sales can inform the customers about the new date in good time.
